These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the NI Tickets website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

 

1. About NI Tickets

 

NI Tickets (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an online platform that enables event organisers in Northern Ireland to sell event entries or tickets, and allows customers to purchase entries securely online.

 

NI Tickets acts as a platform provider only and is not the organiser of any listed events.

 

2. Eligibility

 

To use NI Tickets:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Event organisers must have the authority to list and sell entries for their events.

  • All users must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Role of NI Tickets

 

a) For Event Organisers

 

NI Tickets:

 

  • Sets up events submitted by organisers

  • Facilitates entry or ticket sales

  • Processes payments and delivers digital entries

  • Provides access to sales and attendee data

 

NI Tickets does not:

  • Organise or run events

  • Control event operations, safety, or compliance

  • Set ticket prices

b) For Customers

NI Tickets:

 

  • Provides a secure platform to purchase event entries

  • Delivers digital entries after successful payment

 

NI Tickets is not responsible for:

 

  • Event quality or content

  • Event safety, scheduling, or venue conditions

  • Any changes, cancellations, or postponements

 

4. Event Submissions

 

Event organisers must ensure that:

 

  • All event details are accurate and lawful

  • Events comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Event descriptions, pricing, and dates are correct

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, remove, or suspend events at our discretion

  • Request additional information before approving an event

 

5. Ticket & Entry Sales

 

  • All ticket or entry sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

  • Digital entries are delivered automatically after payment.

  • Entry prices are set by the organiser.

  • NI Tickets charges a 10% commission on each entry sold.

 

6. Payments & Payouts

 

Customers

 

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

  • NI Tickets does not store payment card details.

Organisers

 

  • Funds are normally transferred within 2–3 business days, minus commission.

  • Organisers are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

  • NI Tickets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or third-party providers.

 

7. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

 

  • The event organiser is solely responsible for managing event cancellations, postponements, and refunds.

  • NI Tickets provides the sales platform but does not make refund decisions.

  • Customers must contact the event organiser regarding refunds or event changes.

  • NI Tickets is not liable for losses arising from cancelled or postponed events.

 

8. Attendee Data

 

  • Event organisers receive attendee and entry data necessary for event management.

  • Organisers must handle attendee data in compliance with data protection laws.

  • NI Tickets is not responsible for how organisers use attendee data outside the platform.

 

9. Prohibited Use

 

You must not:

 

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Submit false or misleading event information

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Resell or misuse entries contrary to event rules

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on the NI Tickets website, including logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to NI Tickets.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • NI Tickets is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses arising from attendance at an event.

  • NI Tickets is not responsible for the actions or omissions of event organisers or venues.

  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees paid to NI Tickets for the relevant transaction.

 

12. Indemnity

 

  • You agree to indemnify and hold NI Tickets harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your event or attendance at an event

  • Your breach of these Terms

 

13. Suspension & Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

  • Required by law or regulation

 

14. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time.

 

Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

15. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
