What does your platform do?
We provide event organisers with a simple platform to sell entries or tickets online. You submit your event details, and we handle the setup, sales, payments, and digital entry delivery.
How do I submit my event?
You can submit your event by completing our online submission form. You’ll be asked to provide key details such as event date, location, description, and entry or ticket pricing.
Is there a cost to set up an event?
No. Events are completely free to set up on our platform. There are no upfront or listing fees.
How are entry prices set?
You, the event organiser, set the entry or ticket price during the submission process. We do not control or change your pricing.
How long does it take for my event to go live?
Once your submission is reviewed and approved, we set up your event on our website and enable entry sales. This is typically done quickly, depending on the completeness of your submission.
How do customers purchase entries?
Customers purchase entries directly through our website using a secure online checkout. Digital entries are delivered automatically after purchase.
Do you handle payments and entries?
Yes. We manage the entire entry sales process, including payment collection and digital entry delivery, so you can focus on running your event.
What commission do you charge?
We take a 10% commission from every entry or ticket sold. There are no additional fees.
When do I receive my funds?
Funds from entry sales are normally transferred to the organiser within 2–3 business days, minus the commission.
Can I track my entry sales?
Yes. You will have access to entry and ticket sales information, including total sales and attendee data, to help you manage your event.
What information do I receive about attendees?
You receive relevant attendee and entry data to assist with check-in, planning, and event management.
Who handles customer support for ticket purchases?
We handle the technical side of entry sales and purchases. If needed, we can assist with entry-related questions, while event-specific enquiries remain with the organiser.
What types of events can be listed?
Our platform supports a wide range of events, including sports, parties, festivals, workshops, community events, and more. All events must comply with our terms and guidelines.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is cancelled or postponed, it is the responsibility of the event organiser to manage refunds or alternative arrangements. We provide the platform for entry sales, but all decisions regarding cancellations, postponements, and refunds are handled directly by the organiser.
